“Good Girl” Film Festival

Objective

Create a film festival of a chosen movie director. Extract a theme that ties together all of the director's selected films and create a cohesive visual system through a variety materials.

Approach / Falling Woman

Showcase Jean-Luc Godard's most idiosyncratic films, including 1960’s Breathless, 1961’s A Woman Is a Woman, 1962’s My Life to Live, 1963’s Contempt, 1965’s Pierrot le fou, 1967’s Two or Three Things I Know About Her. The visual execution is based on the director's quirky and personal take on life and his constant themed to the world, stifling a woman's craving for freedom in the films of Jean-Lue Godard.
